Our client is based in Greenogue Business Park in Clondalkin Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team to cover a maternity leave assignment.
Salary €24k pa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting and allocation of all receipts and payments
- Bank Lodgements twice a week
- Bank Reconciliations and daily management of our two bank accounts
- Preparation of daily cash and cash posting reports
- Posting customer settlement discounts
- Processing cooler charges
- Managing direct debit and credit card receipts
- Payroll administration for both entities- posting journals, processing payment and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with accounts payable and providing cover when necessary
- Working closely with Finance Manger during annual audit process
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- 1+years working in a similar, fast paced environment however full training will be provided.
- FMCG experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
- An enthusiastic, motivated person who can cope under pressure.
- Diligent with a high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Hard working, flexible and a team player.
- Good ERP and IT skills required.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on key tasks, taking ownership and follow through to deliver results.
