The Beerse Planning Team supports various business units of the Beerse manufacturing Commercial Supply Chain. As part of the Global planning Team, we are responsible for making an optimal Production Plan to guarantee an excellent service towards our Patients
Tasks and Responsibilities
Site Capacity Planning

• Responsible for running a capacity constrained master production schedule (MPS) and ensuring raw material availability

• Performs site/portfolio Capacity Planning and site/portfolio MPS in terms of resources, shifts, equipment and shutdowns.

• Reviews MPS, resolves issues, and optimizes MPS, running scenarios as needed

• Communicates/hands over constrained MPS to detailed scheduler

Site Constraint Management

• Planning and freeze period management of production activities (Rescheduling, Reworks, Outsourced WIPS)

• Maintains material inventories within goal, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired products; develop overall inventory projections for specific products

• Resolves any manufacturing conflicts for site/ portfolio. Manages impact and communication of manufacturing driven changes

Other

• Provides Production Planning input into S&OP process. Provides transparency of risks an opportunity. Participates in S&OP forums as applicable.

• Responsible for local site planning parameters and connecting to E2E planning

• Ensures participation in new product launch meetings and new product forecasts as a business partner.

• Executes planning activities derived from products phase-in phase-out

Qualification/Experiences

• Education: University Master Degree or equivalent.

• Years Experience: 0-5 Years related experience

• Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.

• Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) desirable
