Overall Responsibility:

The Global Coordination Center (GCC) Executive is a support role for Athlon International’s Global Coordination Center. The role is to be part of a highly performing central office which houses all relevant support functions for international commerce. The GCC Executive is required to coordinate all international commercial activities such as providing international fleet reporting, provide tender management, and coordinate implementations and other administrative support. The GCC Executive reports to Athlon International’s Global Coordination Center Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibility – not limited to:

  • General administrative support of the Global Coordination Center Manager.
  • Collect, analyze and produce high level international customer reporting.
  • Successfully manage the coordination of international tenders and RFP responses, together with the International New Business Development Manager and Account Managers.
  • Structuring and coordinating complex cross-border requests, issues, etc.
  • Offer overall administrative support for the International Commerce team with Business Planning, KPI metrics, conversion analyses etc.
  • Work in close communication with: international NBD’s, relevant local staff, international AM’s,…
  • Work closely together with key-contacts in the countries to implement new won deals.
  • Continuously grow know how in a fast moving and complex business environment.
  • Ad hoc project management.

Level: Bachelor’s Degree of (commercial/economical/financial education/…) or equivalent through experience.
Key Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of all common MS Office tools, high level of Excel.
  • Administrative, planning and project management skills.
  • Persistent and influencing
  • Analytical thinking & excellent communication skills .
  • Any experience with a common ERP/CRM package is a plus.
  • Interest in data and benchmarking analysis.
  • Very customer (internal/external) oriented.
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken and presentation) with other European languages as an advantage.
  • Able to work in international and cross functional team with a high level of energy and drive to succeed.
