The Integration Engineering Team (aka EDI team) is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of B2B file exchange automation processes between business partners. They are the engineers who build the connectors between the partners’ ERP systems and our platform, configure the business logic and deploy the whole workflow, enabling the automated exchange of data between the different systems.
We are looking for someone who is curious and analytical, manages small projects and delivers technical implementations.

You will be owning the technical implementation of the integration projects assigned to you, including all aspects of the technical side of the project, solution design, implementation and support through testing, go-live, and hyper care. You might have to participate in client-facing calls to advise on the solution implementation making sure that onboarding will be a success. Aside from that, you will be the first point of contact for the EDI related clients’ queries, and as such be part of and support the Customer Service team.
Requirements
- A first successful experience in B2B data integration projects or any other relevant experience in a technical environment;
- Knowledge of database fundamentals (Oracle, SQL, ...);
- Experience with transfer protocols such as SFTP, AS2, web APIs (REST / SOAP) is a plus;
- Experience with CSV, XML, EDIFACT or any other type of document business standards is a plus;
- Experience in data transformation technologies (XSLT, RegEx);
- Analytical mindset, rigorous and methodic;
- Strong prioritisation and collaboration skills;
- Business level in written and verbal English;
- Business level in written and verbal French;
- Open-minded;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Multi-tasking abilities;
- Patience when handling tough cases;
- Team player;
- Knowledge of a scripting language will be a plus.
