    Function We are temporary (3 months) looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for the order acquisition and fulfillment process and related administration.
    Key Responsiblities SC represents the customer Cinionic in the Barco internal organization, and translates its requirements (on deliverables and timings) into tangible process parameters. As a Sales Coordinator you're responsible for:

    • order entry
    • follow-up on shipment & delivery of goods
    • correct and timely invoicing
    • communicating, organizing and proper follow up of contractual required documents

    SC will be the main liaison between our external sales team & customers and different internal departments.

    • Together with the credit control department, you follow-up on accounts receivable and if necessary you take the necessary actions to solve payment issues;
    • SC informs iCare in case extra services are sold
    • SC is in close contact with following departments in order to solve customer requests:
      • Service
      • Warehousing
      • Traffic
      • Planning
      • Project mgt
      • Service

    SC performs pre-sales activities such as:

    • small quotations, according to the price list and discount list.
    • credit check with finance
    • availability check with supply chain
    • SC supports the sales mgr in DAR execution. Sales mgr stays in the lead.

    You also provide administrative support to the sales planner.


    We are looking for a Barco employee who…

    • can work independently and have the necessary maturity, skills and commercial feeling to communicate with costumers and other (internal) stakeholders.
    • has excellent organization skills supported by a good technical basis and product knowledge.
    • is excellent computer proficiency including the “Microsoft Office package” and ERP systems.
    • is fluent in Dutch and English
    • has strong commitment to company and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment.
    • has a supportive attitude to the sales team, to assist in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers.
