Job Title: IT Helpdesk & Network Administrator (Level 4)

Main purpose of job: Provide first and second level systems & network support to Arvato with a high level of customer Service and responsiveness
Main tasks/responsibilities:Essential Requirements:
- Day to day support of user’s calls to the help desk in both plants (Balbriggan/Swords), prioritise issues, assign calls to responsible area, log calls into helpdesk tool, and follow up job tickets. Logging, escalation and closing of issues in a timely manner.
- First and Second level support on PC Support/Network, telecoms and printers.
- Personal computers and server operations: Installs, configures, repairs and monitors the operations of PC’s and server systems.
- Roll out and configure desktops as required ensuring that a system is devised for conformance to an agreed arvato setup.
- Carry out backup procedures as defined by the IT Infrastructure Manager ensuring that failures are escalated for resolution.
- Telecommunications: Modifies repairs and conducts preventive maintenance on telecom equipment and related infrastructure and systems.
- Security: Administers access control and user accounts for various systems. Ensuring that accounts are terminated in a timely manner.
- Periodic analysis of helpdesk calls to identify root causes to ensure that support call activity is kept to an acceptable level.
- Provide backup support for other members of the IT team.
- On-call support for the business.

- You will be required to be flexible in this role and must be prepared to perform other tasks and undertake additional duties in any area of the business as determined by Management. These tasks may be outside your normal work area
